I want to know why I can no longer do Broadcasting => Edit channels on my TV and sort the channels manually. I used to be able to before last software upgrade (I think it's been since the last update, not 100% sure).
When I look at the broadcast menu now (while in TV mode, obviously) the option is gone. All I can do is sort by name or number via the 'Channels' button on remote. I can find no way of manually changing the order of my channels any longer. Has this been removed on purpose, if so, why???
(Note this is for digital channels on Freeview)

What's the model number of your TV? And what software version is it currently on? Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Had it confirmed that the model on the latest software doesn't have an edit channels feature - but you can use "Favourites" to sort your list of channels.
