HI @paul2023 can you check your Tv has the latest update which is 1401.0, if need be can be downloaded to USB and updated that way ? https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE50AU9000KXXU/ whilst possibly there may be a bandwidth issue with the particular Tv apps can you check you have the latest versions and if so try reinstallling them.
other ideas are switching off Tv for a minute and rebooting router via mains. Whist other apps are working fine you could try changing the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 220.127.116.11 or 18.104.22.168.(Google servers) or Open DNS 22.214.171.124 or 126.96.36.199
