Britbox and tidal music app

My model tv UE50AU9000KXXU I JUST change Internet provider to TRUESPEED from BT since I change britbox loads but when I click to watch something the screen goes blank..also tidal music app will load up but when I want to play a song or watch a music video the wheel keeps spinning..I have loaded both apps on to my fire stick and they both work perfectly fine..I reset the tv a few times and it is still the same issues..but apps like now tv disney plus paramount plus now tv netflix all work without any issues..ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE 🙏

HI @paul2023  can you check your Tv  has the latest update which is 1401.0, if need be can be downloaded  to USB and updated that way ?  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE50AU9000KXXU/    whilst possibly there may be a bandwidth issue with the particular Tv apps can you check you have the latest versions and if so try reinstallling them.  

other ideas are switching off Tv for a minute and rebooting router via mains.  Whist other apps are working fine you could try  changing  the DNS settings.   Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings.   Change from Automatic to   to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.(Google servers) or Open DNS  208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220

2101 is my latest software actually all my Samsung tv don't work with britbox but I check updates it says I have the latest version
