Recently I purchased the Frame (2021) 43'' incl. replaceable frame as a package.

I mounted the TV to the wall but I noticed that the brightness sensor does not properly work. It seems, it is covered by the replaceable frame. After removing frame the sensor is working.
Does somebody encounter the same issue?
I thought the replaceable frame is made for this tv. How can that be? Any installation advice?
