Hi I have my q95t for 2 weeks and I have noticed dark patches on screen this has happened 3 times now in 3 different areas also the screen has gone black but I could just see a outline of the menu bar. Each time to get rid of patches I have had to reset the tv. I spoke to Samsung and they gave offered to exchange it but my worry is that this will happen after the warranty. I love the tv picture and colours but is this a common problem. Thanks

I've got this brownish smudge /patch on my 55Q95T screen which is very noticible when watching daylight or bright lit scenes. It is visible on all sources Ps5, Nvidia Shield, Virgin TV and the in built apps Netflix etc. My 2 year samsung warranty has expired but I've got the John Lewis 5 year warranty. Weird thing is the issue sometimes is not there and sometimes it's there straight from switching TV on. I've had the TV for 2 years and never noticed it before. I ran the DSE check from YouTube and there was some but nothing that was noticible or that bad as to reject the TV. Any ideas? 20221005_000613_1000001813_1664924774.jpg20221005_000738_1000001819_1664924859.jpg20221004_235328_1000001803_1664924485.jpg20221004_235840_1000001809_1664924602.jpg
