Hi, I'm a bit unclear about your post. If the headphones are paired and connected there is no point in trying to add them. You should just need to got to the speakers/spund menu and select the headphones.
Hi I’m also having this problem my tv is a Samsung 2033HD bought in 2010!I have purchased a Bluetooth dongle which I have plugged in tv my wireless headphones are flashing blue thus connected sound is off on tv but no sound coming though have checked with another tv and working ? Can you help ?
