Dear Community, and hopefully Samsung support staff,
I would like to connect a bluetooth audio device with my Samsung TV. But the Wireless Speaker Manager is grayed out, and the only two options available at "Select Speaker" setting is "TV Speaker" and "Audio Out/Optical". See image:
If i look into the hidden service menu, I can clearly see that BlueTooth audio is on, but there is no way for me to access bluetooth via my tv. See images:
My TV model is:
I hope someone can help. My request would be:
- enable wireless speaker manager functions
- enabling adding bluetooth audio devices
Thanks for all the help.
kind regards,
Erdem

Check these kinds of videos, on how to access that menu..
But still, nobody knows a solution to my problem? Where is the community? Moderations? Samsung experts? A bit disappointing.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for the reply. I found this in the manual. So, there it says I should be able to connect, but there is a disclaimer which is not helpful. How do I know for sure?
Anyway, I tried to check with the link you provided, and my problem has not been solved.

Hey @pride and @RedIvy-_-8888 ,
I had the same problem from past year. I tried several options. Finally, had it working today. Here is how it worked out for me:
Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Sound Mirroring > Off.
I had sound mirroring On, which was stopping me to choose this option.
You can check that for yourself if it works for you.
Thanks,
Aakash
