I have been using my blue tooth headphones for over a year with no problems. Suddenly when they connect to the TV I can barely hear, even with the headphone volume all the way up. The headphones work fine on other devices. It has to be the TV.
@Ralph711: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? Is the issue present on all channels/apps?
