Hi.
Please see a picture of my screen. Can anything be done for the blue and black spots that have appeared recently? Can this be fixed without having to repair it?

Can you let me know the model number of your TV? Also do a picture test:
Settings/menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
Can you see the spots during the test?
Say "hello!" and Introduce Yourself, or virtually hangout in the Samsung Lounge

As these spots appear on the test, this means it is a hardware issue which would need an engineer's inspection. If you have had your TV for more than 12 months I'd recommend contacting a Support Centre using this link here.
