Blank screen smart view

I recently bought a Samsung (QE75Q60TAUXXC) and smart view does not seem to work for some reason. The audio works fine but the screen just turns black on the TV for some reason. If anyone know how to fix this any help would be appreciated.

Hey @Sudden1, have you tried restarting both TV and phone and making sure they are fully up to date? You can also have a look at this link from the Samsung US website where you can find lots of troubleshooting steps to get this issue sorted.

I bought the same tv back in June and have had the exact same issue... I've talked to numerous reps and no one has been helpful.

I updated the software on the TV and Phone and it solved the issue.

What software version of the tv and phone are you on? Both of mine are saying there is no update... 😞
