Black screen

Tv screen went black with some colored horizontal lines across the screen. Audio is still working. It’s a Samsung 4 series TV. Any ideas?

@GrantOtte: Please can you confirm the full model number of your TV? In the meantime, please unplug the TV from the wall for around 30 seconds, then plug it back in to see if this helps.

Do you have any external devices connected to the TV, @GrantOtte? If so, please remove them and let us know if the issue persists.

I do not have other devices. I also always unplug it when it’s not in use
