When my tv turns on the smart tv logo comes up and then disappears. The screen goes black and I’m unable to get it to respond to the remote (other than power off) or controls on the TV. There are no other items connected to the TV - they’ve all been disconnected. Disconnected it from power for at least 30 minutes and tried again. No difference. Any ideas? Model is T32E390SX.

@BM2: If you press the Volume Up/Down buttons on the remote, does anything show up on screen? If not, and if the issue has persisted following a power cycle, then I recommend reaching out to or Help Desk via the link below, where an advisor will be able to look into this, and arrange any necessary repairs.

Same problem here with 8K Qled 65 inch, screen turns black, also menu goes black... suggestion to update latest firmware is not a very smart suggestion as you cannot do anything with a black screen (??)

Took the TV to a repairer to find out that the screen needed to be replaced - it's just as cheap to buy a new TV. Disappointed for the TV to have such a short life, especially in usage terms.

Hope you find an alternative to replacing the TV like I had to.
