I've bought my Samsung TV last month,all going well,but now no picture. I've carried out all troubleshooting as recommended to both tv an remote,tv red light is on,and remote activates the red light.Have done everything,except open up back of tv,you don't expect brand new tv to be faulty,what else can l do?
