Black color on Samsung QLED TV 2020

Hey,

I've recently bought a Samsung QLED TV 65Q70 and the black color is just terrible. There are grey blue clouds that ruin every dark scene (see attached image).

Their official support in my country and their technicians claim it's normal.

Is this normal? Does Samsung really thinks this is how black should look like? Are there settings I can try to make this issue less visible?

have you tried the picture test mode to see if its the same? under settings somewhere, , looks duff from your picture
