Bixby on smart tv not working

When I use the microphone button on my remote to send a command to Bixby I get the following message: "Say what you want while pressing the microphone button". When I press the button again, I do get the same message again without being able to send the actual command. It's maddening. Does anyone have a solution, please?

@Birima: Apologies for the delay in responding to your query. Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV?

Typically, you are required to press and hold the microphone button on the Smart Remote in order to issue a voice command, so please try this in the meantime to see if this resolves your issue.
