I have contacted Samsung on various platforms regarding a birthday code of 15% that I could not get to work for any TV and they could NOT get to work either! and it would seem to have been relatively simple to offer another code avoiding hours of frustration. I did ask for it to be a complaint issue (and seeing similar problem posts) but I have had no response.

That was one thing I did on more than one occasion as well as call but no help as they tried the code also and that was basically it.
