Solved: Bbc iplayer

I have just bought a Samsung ue43tu7125 smart tv, but there is no bbc iplayer app? Help? I live in france, but watch bbc and itv through freesat and a vpn.

@LindaAnne Officially BBC iplayer is not permitted abroad due to rights issues. Whilst there may be workarounds with a VPN The BBC is able to block access to the platform with some of them. Samsung may have a geographical block to the app on the TV with a non Uk region in the set up.

BBC iPlayer isn't available on the app store, so the only way to watch it is by using a web browser.

I live in Australia and can access BBC iPlayer and TVNZ outside NZ without any problems.
