Maybe we have set up the tv incorrectly cos player app is displayed along bottom of home screen it won't open. However we can see that masterchef, line of duty and films and various stuff are displayed on the screen which do work. Can't seem to be able to watch for example songs of praise from 5 days ago.
Any ideas please.
