So frustrated with Samsung Techical help. So I purchased my TV last month and straight away noticed a shady type grid of lines along both the top and bottom of the screen but only against a light coloured background such as snow or plain sky. I exchanged the TV for a replacement but this also has same issue. Ok so it's not bad bad more of an annoyance at the fact I know it's there and I paid £700 for this TV. I decided I want the TV actually looking at by a Samsung expert but on contacting them they say that because you cannot see the issue when running the self diagnostic test pictures then it's within their required tolerance. I am so angry right now and not sure where / if there is anything I can do. Hence coming on here to this fab group. I love the TV and don't want to change to another brand.
