Bad coulor on TV black squares and shadows very annoying

Purchased Samsung tv in December 2021 its got to be the worst tv I have ever bought customer services waste of time do samsung have engineers .Don't see the point in having a warranty if no can be bothered

Tried everything but picture won't improve needs to be addressed by samsung not my self

Already done that on the 4/2/2022 said they would call me straight back . Thanks anyway Steve
