AU9000 Grainy picture issue

I have a AU9000 which i have had for about 3 months and sometimes the picture is so bad due to it looking Grainy and i can not fix the issue.

I have looked in settings and got all the Power and Energy settings turned off and its still the same.

it is not my HDMI cables as have changed them and sill did not the fix it so what could be the problem?

have to say since i had the TV i have never been able to get the settings just right as there has always been something not right with the settings which the whole thing has put me off buying a Sammy again.

any advice please would be great.

Hi , just found this via a Google search, my au9000 has a great picture but gradually the sharpness seems to increase even though the sharpness setting has not been touched , when it happens I tweak the sharpness down then back up to it's original setting and it's ok for a while , then a few hours later it's grainy again
