My TV us only a week old and sometimes when I turn it on the screen is pink and there’s no sound. It happens if I use the TV remote or the Sky remote. If I turn it off and back on this sometimes fixes it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi,
Check the HDMI connection from the cable box to the TV That are fully connected

If still have a problem with new tv
Contact support explaining the issue with new tv
