Art Store art missing

I've got an Art Store subscription, but today all subscriber art as vanished. It says I'm logged in as a member, but it's only showing the limited free selection. Anyone experienced this and knows what to do? I've power cycled the TV but hasn't fixed it. Thanks!

Found a similar topic. Had the same problem. What worked for me was to make and log into a new account without an subscription. Then went back to the subscriped account to find my artwork. Hope that helps!
