Art mode turns off the tv samsung the frame 2021 43 inch.

None of the way to activate art mode works.

Since day 2 i used the tv, nor the remote, the home menu or the smart things app manage to activate art mode, instead the tv shuts down,  some clicks from the one connect box are emitted and after few seconds it turn on again... I had 2 reset and it didn’t fix the problem (adding other side problems instead).

Should i return the product?

I tiried it didn’t worked. but my problem is little bit diffetent. My tv doesnt remain in art mode. It is not able to go in art mode. When i try to activate it the sceen shoot down. Everything is black till after 10 seconds approximately it turns on again.
