Art mode - shadow box

I only have shadow box options for many of the pieces of art in the art store. I'm not talking g about my personal photos but the actual paid subscription service to the Samsung art store. If I click on an art piece and go to 'mat' it only shows shadow box. Why?

Did you get a fix, had ours delivered Friday and the only frame seems that dodgy fake shadow. Full screen pics are ok but some of the art work is not in wide screen so you have that gray rubish by default. a nice frame would be good.

Also wonder if you have had memory problems with the frame not letting you set artwork, unless previousy previewed, The telly says 1% memory left and I have not added any new apps!
