Arris DCX960 with 65Q95T one remote doest work

Samsung 65Q95T, i recently switched mediabox, Humax to Arris DCX960.

Now i can't control the mediabox with the samsung one remote. 

If tried all the solutions on the forum, 

Used UPC, 7111 CODE, Other model to (Pace).. still no connection possible...

Does anyone have an answer for the 65Q95T?????
