Hello,
I recently purchased a new Samsung 50" TU7020 Crystal UHD 4K HDR TV (Model: UE50TU7020KXXU) in the UK.
Unfortunately, some of the apps do not appear to work. For example, when selecting the BBC iPlayer app, it does not load.
This issue can be resolved by turning the power off at the mains of the TV, and restarting it. Alternatively resetting the network settings sometimes works too.
Has anybody experienced a similar issue? Its frustrating to have to turn my TV off before I can use specific apps...
My observation is that the issue appears to occur after using the Amazon Prime app. May be unrelated.
Thanks,
Alex

That does seem strange, @Alexxx2! What's the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Thanks for that. It does show that your TV software is up to date. Let's try a Smart Hub Reset on the TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
Let us know if this helps!
