Apps not starting

Over the last few days several Apps on my KS7000 will not launch, even after a Smarthub Reset.

Netflix and Prime Video are working.

Plex, NOW, Rakuten, YouTube and iPlayer are just showing to EM-"Please wait a moment and try again"

Any help would appreciated.

No i got it sorted, Samsung Support remoted on a did a hard reset
