Had to sign up into the Samsung community to find out what is causing this issue. I have a Samsung JU6400 and have noticed that there is an issue when I play 4K UHD's on my Samsung player and it affects my overall Picture settings. I have Contrast set to 80 and whenever I put in a 4K UHD disc it will boost the Constrast automatically to 100. This happens in every single Picture Mode. In the Apply Picture Mode I have picked from Current Source to even All Sources and it STILL doesn't apply to the settings I want.
What seems to be the cause that its boosting the Constrat to a full 100? I have not found any solutions to this and would appreciate the Samsung community to help me out with this issue. Every single time I watch a 4K UHD I have to manually reduce the Constrast so its not overblown Contrast at 100. It's very annoying to do this every single time because its not applying to the settings I want.
