AppleTV+ subscription

Recently purchased a Frame TV which comes with free three-month subscription to AppleTV+, but no matter which route I try (via QR code, remote or website) I can’t get the subscription to activate. Anyone else run into the same problem and found a solution? I’m in the UK if it’s relevant

You'd have to get back to the retailer to see if they have a link.
I take it you have an Apple account, if not you will have to set one up.

Do you have any apple products in your house? If so try activate it on that product them come back to your samsung TV

Yeah you need an apple account I had to use my sons to activate this, bit of a pain tbh.
