Apple TV too dark in built in app

Hi all,

I got a brand new UA65TU8500SXNZ and everything works great except for when we play Apple TV all shows in general are way darker. I tried changging all settings and no luck. Every other source (chromecast, playstation, etc) looks correct brightness.

Anybody sorted this issue?

delete app and reinstall

thank you, i didnt finds "apps" or "app store" but i when to the magnifier and wrote Apple TV and it shows up there, will try that now. Thank you for your time!

I am also about to do a firmware update with a usb stick since the update on settings keeps saying up to date.

Alright, it wont let me delete it as it claims its one of the basic apps, so i will give it a go to the firmware upgrade.

Updated the tv, and reinstalled Apple TV once again but still pretty dark. Brightnets on the tv is on 50 (maximum).
