I’ve had my QE55Q90R Tv for a week
apple tv was working but today it’s stopped.
i powered the TV off as that’s what it says to do.
now Apple TV is not even installed and every time I try to install it I get an error code 125059
It was for me for Amazon Prime Video (the error code 125059) with firmware 1115.5 and tv QE65Q80T I didn't have to do a full reset but after the reset of Smart Hub, I unchecked the "backup data" box when restarting tv and then in apps I did step 2 (reinstall Prime).
Will not be the case for all customers though, whilst Smart Hub Reset might work for some best advice is the soft reset
Settings- General -Reset.
