Apple TV cracks the brightness to max when open

Hello I just bought a QN95AA55 tv and when I connected my Apple TV and open it the brightness went to 100% and it’s so annoying. I can’t do anything, it doesn’t automatically dimming even when the tv is set to intelligent mode. I have to lower the brightness by my self every time I open it. Does anyone else have the same problem? 
Can it be fixed by a software update?
