I bought a Samsung smart tv, model TU8000 in May. Installed the Apple TV app and it worked for a couple of months, then didn't.
I deleted the app and tried to re-install but it won't allow me to do so.
Can someone explain why that has happened and how I can resolve the problem?
Could we take the full model code and software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
