TVI have a Samsung UE50RU7100 for the last few days can not get onto Apple TV app doesn't even load has been redownloaded as you can't actually delete the app.
can any one tell me how to get it working. My firmware connection etc are all
up to date. It's infuriating when the apps don't work!

If it's coming up with error code 125059, then that should be fixed now. (If it's that error code and it's still happening, then try the steps in my posts in this thread here: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/TV/Apple-TV-error-code-125059/m-p/1837508/highlight/true#M43748....
Let us know if it's something else though.
