Hi, I have just purchased a series 8 model Samsung TV.

I have been trying to use AirPlay2 on my TV which it comes with.

Have been able to connect my device and input code to connect my iPhone and iPad to AirPlay 2 on the TV.

When I go to play it, it's just a black screen with a loading signal which never changes to the video I'm trying to stream.

I am able to screen mirror on my iPhone/iPad, and my screen shows up on the TV, but when I press play on the video it's just black but I can hear the audio.

My iPhone and iPad have the latest iOS software.
My TV is 2 days old and the latest in the series of TVs.

How do I fix this?

Thanks

Did you get closer to a solution? I think I got the same problem here. Title of the film shows up on TV screen. But below that a turning wheel and nothing else happening...

Try disabling Bluetooth - apparently it causes conflict

I've tried disabling bluetooth, same issue still exists.  I can screen mirror to show photos and videos from my laptop (MacBook Pro 15-inch 2016 running macOS Big Sur Version 11.1) and they show but quality is reduced.  However the AirPlay icon no longer shows in the top notification bar and when I try to use airplay from a playing video all it shows is a black screen.  The TV is a Samsung Q8 Series.
