Got a new QA75Q80RAW TV today. It's great in the daylight but turn on a ceiling light and the anti glare screen shows rainbow reflections that disturb the viewing experience in a very poor way. Am I alone with this problem?

Ditto on a recently purchased Q90T-75". Logged a warranty fault with Samsung, 3rd party engineer came and took pics of the issue (he agreed it was a problem) and 2 weeks later Samsung closed the repair stating the issue is expected behavior on the screen.  What smells here is I also bought a Q80T-65" at the same time and this has no rainbow effect at all. Very annoyed and frustrated after spending £4K on Samsung TV's which are supposedly the best, clearly not !!IMG3-Q90T.jpg

For those with this effect, did you peel off the protective layer on the screen when you unboxed it?

Having the same issue with my Q90T. Went into currys and spoke to the Samsung rep, showed him the pictures of my TV and he was shocked. I've removed ONE protective film and I can't see a second (I know people have mentioned 2 in the past but I don't want to break anything). Waiting to hear back from Samsung support to see what they say. Check out the pics. Thanks.

Update:

Spoken with Samsung support had it escalated to product support specialists who have come back and said it is normal. It is not a valid issue so will not be sending out an engineer. Because it is a glossy screen this is to be expected.. so extremely disappointed in Samsung.

Same here, loved my first Samsung 65’ purchased after Sony failed on me, so few years after, I have decided to invested $ and go with the Q90 85’.   TV is great in the day time, but at night when turning on lights… will go with LG on my next purchase
