Annoying menu on AU9000

Just got a AU9000 today and the annoying menu keeps popping up every time i alternate from say YouTube to TV. it doesnt disappear it just stays there. 

Any ideas what in do to get rid?

Try Below

Set in HOME mode instead of STORE mode.

To do this go into the SETUP menu then scroll down to LOCATION. Using the left or right arrow keys change STORE to HOME

Just press the return key and it will disappear
