Ambient mode not showing weather information

Hey I have samsung Q60R. No matter what I do weather does not display, only clock(time). I tried every solution - home location is set, I have givven every permission etc. Is the service just not available in Bulgaria? Very dissapointed with that not working!

I have the same problem in Ukraine. At the same time, the weather is shown perfectly if it is called by voice
