Ambient mode missing from QN32Q60AAFXZA model's home screen

Hi,

I bought a 32" Samsung smart TV Q60A series and I can't find the Ambient mode app. What am I missing? I can't find it under the Apps section either. I've downloaded the E-Manual and that tells me I should see an Ambient Mode App on the home screen menu but I don't see it.

Noticed that's a US model code. Are you based in the States?

And any joy with finding Ambient Mode since you posted this?

Hi, I’m base in the US. The same model TV and it’s missing an ambient mode. My Alexa is also not working

No luck finding Ambient mode. I suspect it's because my model is the 32" TV and not the 55" or larger.
