Hi - I used Ambient Mode for a while when I first got my Q90R. In recent months, I didn't use it but wanted to start again the other day - not there. No icon on the 'taskbar' and when I press the Ambient Mode button on the remote, nothing happens.
Samsung worked on the TV remotely for a couple of hours yesterday and have asked for a few days before trying again, but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.
