Hello everyone,
So, i have a problem with the automatic brightness in ambient mode. When I activated the tv (Samsung QE55Q60RATXXH), the automatic brighness worked well, but i did it at night. So it set itself with low brightness and warm color light. If I quit from here, the TV automatic brightness works well. If i turn off the automatic in ambient mode, the light goes well too.
I tryed to reset the TV, but ambient mode never reseted.
I attached some pictures with and without the issue.
Could you please help me regarding this, or have somebody the same issue?
