Amazon Prime won't play in 4K

Hi, I've been looking forward to watching the Rings Of Power series on Amazon Prime in UHD, however the app will only play the streams in HD at best. It's a wired connection on a 350 megabit feed. The LG TV in the next room plays UHD from the the prime app with no issues.

TV is a UK based UE50AU7100.

Solutions for similar issues posted in 2018 don't seem to work.

Keep mind that most TVs, for whatever reason, use 100 Mb/s ethernet ports, meaning you won't take advantage of your higher internet bandwidth. You will see increased speeds when using Wi-Fi, which might improve streaming quality. Also check that Auto update is ON when going to Apps from Smart Hub menu and then Settings. This way built-in apps automatically get new updates.

Issue was caused by an old ethernet cable, which I suspect wasn't certified above 10 mbit. The speed check feature in Netflix showed me the TV was only achieving 9.8 mbit, once I'd replaced the cable the speed went to 76 mbit. Amazon prime was then able to display videos in UHD
