Hello ive just had Sky Q put in . 

Since then the apps on my tv don't work , with the exception of Netflix.  It says I'm not connected to WiFi . Also sometimes a code Wasooo3

UE49KU6470UXXU this is my model number thanks if u can help

We recently got a sky and the apps are working fine on the tv.
If you got a new wifi box ours was rubbish to. we are still on the old one. Try again with the old one if you can see how that works or keep persisting with the new one.
