Hi All
Ive recently purchased a Samsung Q60T 4k HDR Tv
Ive tried to stream some movies on Amazon Prime video in 4k but the quality only appears to be HD
Samsung tell me I can watch UHD movies but Amazon say the TV is not compatible ?
I can watch 4k video on YouTube so not sure if im misunderstanding their reason
Im told I should be able to see the streaming rate at the bottom of the screen but this is not available. Ive re-installed the app and still the same
There clearly is a difference between UHD and 4K HDR
Any help to clarify the situation would be useful
