I have 3 Samsung TVs with the same issue:
when turned on, they dont automatically reconnect with the paired Bluetooth sound bar .
I bought a new 8050 50" for mother:
she's 86 with impaired ears so I setup the TV with a Bluetooth soundbar behind her head.
She's pretty happy, she get clear sound now.
B U T
Every time she turn on the TV she forget to "OK" the silly message,
and so the TV loose the connection and forget the Bluetooth bar!!
IT'S TERRIBLE FOR HER !! she will ear nothing all day long.
She has to wait till next morning when her house aid come and reset the connection.
I have two Samsung TV in my home with the same issue: a UE55MU6120KXZT and a UE65RU8000U
All three Tv have this an abnormal function:
>Turn on > dont reconnect the sound bar > break owner balls asking "ok" >
If it's paired ---.--.-.-.-------> it's a stupid question!!!
So a stupid missing option "reconnect at login"
is a HUGE damage to older people!
SAMSUNG <WAKE UP> make an update !!!

Why is everything I read on here Samsung's fault??? You will find every TV will be the same, that's the way it is. I appreciate the difficulty. I can't telephone my mother half the time because she doesn't hang up calls on her cordless phone. That doesn't mean it's the phone's fault. Perhaps it's a fault with your Bluetooth box???
Frustrating I know but technology has its limits and unattended bluetooth connections are a security problem.

Why you have to answer having no idea of what you are writing let me wonder, but.....
May be you can just explain me why my phone connect via Bluetooth at the same TV without being asked.
You are an expert, aren't you? No security risk?

May be Ive been not clear:
I have 2 + 1 Samsung TVs > all connected via BT to 3 different brand/model soundbars.
One is a Samsung cs500+ (300€)
All TVs are paired with their respective box,
all TVs request a confirmation >> to connect the SOUND output TO A SOUND BAR !!!!!

Thank you. Your reply is a lot different to what I had pictured. My Samsung TV doesn't do this and I am wondering if it's because of the multiple TV set up that the TVs may see there are other Bluetooth devices and ask for confirmation to connect. The way to check is to turn off all other devices and see if the situation is the same. If it isn't, what I have described is the problem. If there is no change then something's wrong.
An easy fix would be a cable connection but if you want to see if we can get to the bottom of the issue, I'm more than happy to see if I can help.

Thanks.
Mother's Tv is brand new, freshly installed.
For her is a big problem to be able to "catch" the Ok request.
So to answer... there is no other device, no internet, nothing.
Mine are quite different 'cause I use them as PC monitor....
on these TVs all other device happily connect without an itch,
but the soundbars.
Here what happens when I turn on the Tv/Monitor...
.... sometime it ask in 3 seconds . sometime in more the 1 minute!

How you do connect a BT with cable 😂.
No, not feasible not on Mom's not on my main.
The only one with cable is the Samsung Soundbar....
but the best sound is on WiFi (dont ask me why)
At Mom's that is the only option,
I would not had to change the old Samsung she had for 14 years.
I put the sound box near her head on the sofa she's lying all day long.
Another Big issue with cables ... new TV dont have a 3.5 jack output
while all the BT box have it !
