Since the Samsung 2127 update has been downloaded I can’t access any SmartHub TV apps and I can’t log into my Samsung account on my TV (it’s greyed out). My TV is a UE40F5500 can anyone help? One day it was working fine, the next, nothing!

That's not what we like to hear, @Gski. Let's try a Smart Hub reset to see if this helps. Go to Menu > Smart Features > Reset Smart Hub. Let us know how you get on.

Hello,
I have the same problem after the update.
ive tried everything possible on the menu - reset of Smart Hub, reset of the TV.
please help! It says: "Smart Hub is being updated. Please try again later" for two days now
