All 4 app stopped loading

Just bought a new 50inch smart 4k tele,smarthub an that all works fine,last week all 4 did aswell,all of a sudden naw it wont load naw anythin at all everythin else like netflix etc all work,done all usal stuff on post from here reset smart hub,everything up to date an still not working..!! Any answers at all

Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
