I am new to this forum, and also Samsung smart TVs, and hence amy very much feeling my way.
I live in Australia, and set up my new NeoQLED smart tv connection to Alexa using the Amazon US account (connectwd with Samsung US) rather than the Australian site. Unfortunately the setup process tended to default to US. I am since been able to log into Samsung using my Australian login. Everything on the TV is working fine other than Alexa. I subsequently installed the Alexa app on my Samsung Galaxy mobile using Australia as my location, and it recognizes my TV as a connected device - and it works to operate my TV.
However, the Alexa app on the TV itself is totally unresponsive. On navigating to settings I am met with the following response: "We vwere unable to find your Alexa device. Please register it USING THE SAME AMAZON ACCOUNT YOU USED TO LOG INTO ALEXA ON YOUR TV. I suspect there lies the problem. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions as to how I should proceed. Thank You
