I've a Samsung q60b 65in, if I ask Alex to change channel for example to BBC News it will change with no issues, and it'll say what channel and what show is on, but if I ask it to change to the same channel but state the channel number 231 instead, it changes fine but says its AMC and what programs on, and it does the same for alot of the other channels not just this one. I've deleted and re installed alexa, I've reset tv and returned channels, the service broadcast is correct for my region. I've unlinked and linked alexa on amazon but the same issue persists. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
